CCLI Call for Proposals – Presentation Consideration Rubric

Clarity and Organization of Proposal Proposal is very well-written, easy to understand, and logically organized At times proposal is confusing / does not follow as fluidly as possible

Proposal lacks clarity overall and is somewhat disorganized

Proposal is very difficult to understand and is disorganized
Relevance to Theme Proposal is closely aligned with the conference theme Proposal is moderately aligned with conference theme Proposal’s applicability to conference theme is limited Proposal is outside the scope of the call for proposals
Timeliness and Applicability to Attendees Proposal addresses a topic that is extremely timely and likely to be of interest to a wide range of attendees Proposal addresses a topic that is somewhat timely and likely to generate some interest amongst attendees Proposed topic has been covered in-depth in many other forums, and is of limited interest Proposed topic is not timely or applicable to attendees.
